A: We build our inventory around the needs of our customers, and ship at a 92 to 98 percent rate. This helps us maintain better inventory control and Buck says that it's "just a good way to do business"!

A: Although we are a small company, we take pride in being price competitive, efficient and courteous. We will always return your calls and email promptly and any questions you have will be answered to the best of our knowledge, we may not always be right, but we try.

Q: What about credit accounts? How can I get one?

A: Come in and talk to us!

Q: How do you handle your billing?

A: We handle all our paperwork in-house, to keep all delivery and billing errors to a minimum and so you don’t have to wait on it to go through several hands before it gets to you.

Q: What other services do you offer?

A: We also provide full service of repair for torches, regulators, welding machines and gas equipment, as well as welding machine and Penske truck rentals.
